    • Allow enabling plugin if disabled while print was started

    Previous release (0.2.0)

    • Change completion threshold default to time, make GCODE configurable (#3)
    • Allow ability to disable plugin after the print has started
    • Document ability to change settings while print is in progress

    Note that this changes the default behavior of the percentage threshold, though the new default should be more accurate for most cases. If you would like to go back to the old behavior, check "Use GCODE for completion threshold".
